- Defined and implemented back-end architecture company-wide using DDD, CQRS, SOLID and a modular services structure — standardized code quality and scalability, enabling multiple teams and products to share a robust technical foundation.
- Architected the front-end platform using Next.js — leveraging Parallel Routes, server components and a fully themeable UI layer (Tailwind CSS + reusable design tokens + React Query / equivalent) — creating a reference architecture adopted across all projects for consistency, performance and long-term maintainability.
- Introduced an internal UI component library and documentation hub with Storybook — enabling isolated development, visual/regression testing, accessibility checks and dramatically speeding up onboarding of new front-end developers.
- Implemented automated end-to-end testing with Cypress — establishing quality gates that reduced regressions in production and ensured stable delivery of complex user flows across multiple applications.
